Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to manage customer and dealer onboarding, EMI follow-ups, and operational documentation for B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end operational processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage B2B dealer and B2C customer onboarding. Verify KYC, lease agreements, and related documentation. Maintain Excel trackers for onboardings, EMIs, cheques, and agreements. Follow up for advance EMIs and pending documents. Coordinate with collections and credit teams for updates and verification. Handle cheques, agreements, and digital documentation securely. Manage battery lot coordination and inventory records. Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports. Suggest and support process automation and improvements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business/Operations or equivalent. Strong command over MS Excel and Google Sheets. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy. Prior experience in B2B/B2C operations preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
