The role involves supervising loan operations, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth loan processing. The candidate should have prior NBFC/Banking operations experience with team handling exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day loan operations & processing Oversee

KYC, NACH, ECS & documentation

verification Manage and guide the operations team for accuracy & efficiency Coordinate with sales, credit & collection teams for smooth workflow Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines Prepare & maintain MIS reports related to operations Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively
Requirements:

Graduate (B.Com/BBA/MBA preferred)

3-4 years

of experience in Loan/Finance/Banking Operations

Minimum 1 year of team handling experience

Strong knowledge of loan processing, KYC, NACH/ECS Good communication, leadership & problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel & documentation
Salary: ₹18,000 - ?22,000 per month
