The Assistant Officer / Personal Banker will be responsible for assisting customers (members) with their financial needs including savings accounts, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, loan applications, and member services. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and a basic understanding of financial operations under Nidhi company regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in on boarding new members and explaining Nidhi company services.
Open and manage member accounts (savings, recurring deposits, fixed deposits).
Process cash and cheque transactions, deposits, and withdrawals.
Promote and sell financial products like savings schemes, recurring deposit plans, and loan services.
Guide members in loan applications, documentation, and EMI schedules.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the banking system.
Ensure compliance with RBI and Nidhi company regulatory norms.
Assist in daily cash closing, documentation, and MIS reporting.
Resolve member queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate with branch officers and support smooth branch operations.

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in NBFC/Nidhi Company/Banks
