Sourcing suitable candidate CVs for interview (from Naukri/ Consultants/References) 14. Shortlisting candidates based on basic criteria 15. Ensuring interviews are conducted on time. 16. Daily updating of recruitment tracker 17. Conducting joining formalities of newly recruited employees ( Form 12B, PF related forms, ESIC declaration form) etc. 18. Maintaining database of candidates who can be shortlisted when vacancy arises. 19. Tracking confirmation dates of all employees and ensuring all confirmations are done on time. 20. Ensuring payment done to vendors on time 21. Ensuring all planned welfare activities conducted as per schedule. 22. Planning for new events 23. Conduct Monthly Panchayats & Birthdays on time. 24. Plan for KIDS Summer Camp, any employee engagement activity 25. Arrange all resources on time for conducting the event on time. 26. Updating the employee event stories on SPARSH within 1 day. 27. Updating Recruitment MIS 28. Updating training MIS 29. HR MIS Updating (Monthly) 30. Tracking OT Hours department wise 31. Maintaining reasons of OT in file and finding out the exact cause behind OT" 32. Ensure Safety of the employees, products and machines in their respective shifts.
