About the Role:


We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant to support day-to-day office administration and operations in our Kochi office. You will ensure smooth office functioning through a mix of administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage front desk, calls, emails, and office correspondence. Handle office supplies, vendor management, maintenance, and couriers. Coordinate meetings, travel, and schedules for team members. Maintain files, records, and databases (physical and digital). Assist in onboarding new hires and basic HR/admin tasks. Support event coordination and daily office operations.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree. 1-2 years of experience in office admin or operations (freshers with relevant internships may apply). Proficient in MS Office. Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?8,086.00 per month
