Seeking freshers in Multimedia to support creation and management of digital content--social media, video, and audio--for storytelling, advocacy, short documentaries, and outreach efforts.
o Develop and manage engaging multimedia content for the foundation's social media platforms
o Create compelling videos and audio content for campaigns, awareness programs, and survivor stories
o Edit and produce high-quality photos, videos and graphics using relevant software
o Collaborate with the communications team to execute digital strategies
o Monitor and analyse multimedia performance across platforms
o Assist in live streaming and event coverage
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies or a related field
o 0 to 1 year experience in multimedia content creation
o Efficiency in video and audio production, including editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva etc.)
o Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content optimisation strategies
o Creativity and storytelling skills with an eye for detail
o Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic nonprofit environment
