Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Support in organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and queries efficiently.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
