Job Responsibilities :
Calendar & Schedule Management:
1.Organize meetings, appointments, and daily schedules with accuracy and foresight
2.Ensure structured time management for executives.
Communication Support:
1.Handle calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
2.Draft clear, concise correspondence and act as a point of contact for stakeholders.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
1.Assist in setting up virtual/in- person meetings.
2.Prepare agendas, take structured notes, and circulate follow- ups promptly.
Documentation & Information Management:
1.Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain organized files/databases.
2.Conduct basic research and ensure information accuracy
Key Skills & Traits:
1. Structured Thinking: Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks in a logical, organized manner.
2.Detail Orientation: Strong focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and follow- through in all tasks.
3. Communication: Clear English written and verbal communication skills.
4. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
