Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
dispatch planning
and scheduling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Manage and process orders through various
client portals
, maintaining data accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
Coordinate closely with the
Merchandising Manager
for end-to-end
order dispatch planning
, including setting up
barcode labels
and
item barcodes
.
Follow up with the manager and relevant departments to obtain
GRN (Goods Received Note)
updates and maintain dispatch-related documentation.
Update and manage
LR
details to ensure transparency in dispatch tracking.
Utilize
Advanced Excel
tools for data analysis, reporting, and order tracking.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude with a strong
eagerness to learn
, explore new opportunities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in
MS Excel (Advanced level)
and comfort using online client portals.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
