Job Description

Manage orders and communication with buyers independently, handling costing, sourcing, and production coordination

Product development: Collaborate with designers to develop new bag samples based on market trends and client requirements. This includes managing prototypes and approvals.

Costing and pricing: Estimate the cost of a product by analyzing raw materials, labor, and overheads. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable prices and maintain profitability

Material sourcing: Possess strong knowledge of different surface material types, hardware, linings, and other components. Source materials from Mill and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Production coordination:Liaise between buyers, designers, and the production team to monitor the manufacturing process. Ensure production schedules are met and manage the Time and Action (T&A) calendar

Quality assurance: Work closely with the quality control (QC) department to ensure all products meet the buyer's specifications and standards.

Inspections: Schedule and oversee inspections, addressing any quality-related issues that arise during production.

Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork.

Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of Raw material(PU, PVC, Polyester, Nylon, Cotton), bag construction techniques, and manufacturing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
