Out of that Transparent Overseas is the parent company, a 100% E.O.U. unit, incorporated in 1996. Directly or indirectly we are associated with the glass industries for last 30 years. Besides already approved by all reputed customer New developments and innovation are our passion and this passion is accomplished by dedicated Transparent team. In order to offer an impeccable range and meet the bulk requirements of our clients, we have set up a state-of-the-art infrastructure. Our unit is facilitated with hi-tech machines and equipment such as Finishing Equipment, Annealing Controllers & Grinding Machines that allow us to manufacture an unmatched range of Handcrafted Glass Decorative Items. Owing to our fascinating range and customization capabilities, we have been able to garner a huge client base in Sweden, UK, USA, Spain, Europe, Italy, Australia etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES --

Work closely with design and production teams to develop new glass products based on trends, customer feedback, and market needs. Coordinate between buyers and the manufacturing unit for customizations, sampling, and product approvals. Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding product inquiries, quotations, and order status. Handle order processing from quotation to dispatch, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to delivery schedules. Resolve production or quality issues promptly by liaising with the factory team. Maintain all necessary documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, quality reports, and client communications. Generate regular reports for management on sales performance, stock levels, and client satisfaction.
