Shift: Night (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

Merchandising Executive

for a US-based Liaison Office

He would be responsible for managing various aspects . including style generation, costing, item generation, raising purchase orders (POs)

Data update, Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation and reports. Proficiency in ERP and MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

o Update product data entry in ERP including styles, colours, sizes, UPC codes).

o Maintain accurate costing sheets by adding FOB values (freight on board)

o Updating price tickets.

o Prepare and issue production Purchase Orders (POs)through ERP.

o Monitor PO approvals, confirmations, and changes.

o Ensure correct mapping of style costs, trim layout, labels, packaging, and FOB.

o Review trim layouts and ensure correct approvals.

o Generate and assign UPCs / barcodes for each style-colour-size combination.

o Ensure accuracy of item coding for smooth retail operations.

o Coordinated with teams to ensure accurate product information, smooth production, and on-time delivery.

Key Skills:

ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) Costing & FOB Management Purchase Order Management Product Data Management (Style/Color/Size setup) Trims & Packaging Development UPC / Barcode Management Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination
Strong communication skills required(most important)

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Education

: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile, Merchandising or related field.

Experience

: 3-5 years (Experience in a buying house is preferred)

Certifications

: ERP software , MS Office, Google Sheet.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
