We are looking for an assistant merchandiser to support the Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser in managing the product life-cycle--from development to order execution--ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, and smooth supplier coordination.

Job responsibilities:

Product Developmen

t


Follow up on proto/fit/PP samples with vendors and maintain sample tracker. Coordinate approvals for fabric quality, lab dips, prints, embroidery, and trims.

Production & Vendor Follow-ups

Daily follow-ups with factories for sampling/production T&A adherence

Data & Reporting

Maintain trackers: T&A, sample status, approvals, order updates, shipment schedule. Prepare weekly WIP reports

Communication

Act as a link between buyer, internal teams, and vendors. Share comments, tech packs, approvals, and feedback clearly and on time. Participate in vendor/buyer meetings and follow action points.
