Position Overview

The Assistant Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing the Amazon & Flipkart Panels independently, Should have hands on experience on the below resposibilites

Create and optimize product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, keywords, and images.

Track and improve conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and overall sales performance.

Plan, execute, and monitor sponsored ad campaigns (PPC) to achieve best ROI.

Monitor account health, resolve issues like policy violations or negative feedback.

Coordinate with content/design teams for listing enhancements and A+ content.

Keep track of competitor listings, pricing, and offers to stay competitive.

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Marketing

Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, keyword optimization, and PPC advertising.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.

Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and drive actionable insights.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
