We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team at Molecules Cosmetics. As an integral part of our marketing department, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our cosmetics products.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer and business trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the cosmetics industry.
Analyze data and market insights to make informed marketing decisions.
Product Promotion:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and sales.
Develop compelling marketing collateral, including product descriptions, visual content, and advertising materials.
Public Relations
Communication Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and public perception.
Media Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to secure press coverage and partnerships.
Event Coordination: Organize and oversee events, launches, and promotional activities to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
Crisis Management: Handle potential PR crises effectively, ensuring a prompt and strategic response to maintain the brand's reputation.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align PR initiatives with marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand message across all platforms. /Developing strategies, managing media relations, coordinating events, handling crises, and collaborating with marketing teams are key responsibilities of a PR executive in a cosmetics company.
Digital Marketing:
Manage the company's online presence, including social media, website, and email marketing.
Optimize digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Brand Management:
Support in maintaining a strong and consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
Ensure brand messaging aligns with company values and resonates with target audiences.
Market Expansion:
Identify opportunities to expand the company's market presence, both nationally and internationally.
Assist in the development of market entry strategies and campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
