- Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and executing

ATL & BTL marketing campaigns

to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

2. Oversee

TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising

strategies to maximize reach and brand awareness.

3. Develop and implement

on-ground activations, events, sponsorships, and direct consumer engagement

initiatives.

4. Collaborate with

media agencies

to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.

5. Manage

SEO, SEM, social media campaigns

, and lead generation efforts.

6. Conduct

market surveys

to analyze trends and consumer behavior.

7. Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to ensure

cost-effective

campaign execution.

8. Work closely with

cross-functional teams

to drive marketing objectives.

9. Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to drive footfall, boost in-store visibility, and improve conversion rates.

10. Work closely with retail and sales teams to design in-store promotions, POS materials, and customer engagement tools.

11. Identify and implement revenue generation touch points across marketing funnels.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in Marketing or a related field.

3-5 years in

ATL & BTL marketing

, campaign management, and digital marketing.

Proficiency in

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Excel

for data analysis.

Strong understanding of

retail marketing dynamics

and

customer journey mapping

.

Strong

communication, negotiation, and leadership

abilities.

Experience in managing

marketing budgets

and generating ROI-driven strategies.
