We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute both
ATL
(Above the Line) and
BTL
(Below the Line) marketing,
Brand Promotion
initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage integrated marketing strategies that include ATL and BTL activities
Plan and execute ATL campaigns (TV, radio, print, outdoor media) to increase brand visibility
Lead BTL initiatives (events, activations, in-store promotions, direct marketing) to drive engagement and conversions
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Manage the company's brand and ensure consistent messaging
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop marketing strategies
Work with sales, product, and design teams to create promotional materials
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Analyze campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, including ATL and BTL campaign management
Branding And Promotions..
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
