Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns. They help achieve brand awareness, lead generation and sales growth, by coordinating across teams and ensuring marketing activities are aligned with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAreaDuties

Strategy & Planning

o Assist in developing marketing plans & strategy (monthly/quarterly/annual)

Conduct market research / competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats Help define customer segments and target audiences Input into budgeting and forecasting for marketing programs

Campaign Management

o Plan, execute, track and optimize marketing campaigns (both digital & traditional) Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors for collateral, media buys, etc. Oversee content creation--social media posts, emailers, product launches, promotional material Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and meet expected ROI

Digital & Social Media

o Manage social media calendar; schedule posts Monitor online presence and community engagement Work with digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics) Assist in maintaining website content, optimizing for search/user experience

Events, Promotions & PR

o Support planning and execution of events/trade shows/product promotion activities Coordinate promotional campaigns and discounts Liaise with PR agencies or media for brand coverage or releases

Monitoring & Analytics

o Measure performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) Report on campaign effectiveness; recommend improvements Track competitors, industry trends, customer feedback; feed insights into future strategy

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
