Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager -Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Candidates need to have.

  • Significant experience (8 -10 years) in Lubricants/Auto
Ancillary/Tyres/Batteries/related Industries
  • Business and commercial acumen, including financial expertise.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferable.
  • Exposure in Digital communications and emerging digital technologies will be an
added advantage.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively.
Education: MBA in Marketing
Key Responsibility
  • Develop a robust short term and medium-term segment strategy for all the
automotive categories.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation
to execution.
  • Manage product life cycle (product development, manage launch plan, plan follow-up
activities, and phase out SKU's strategically)
  • Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and
improving market share.
  • Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their
commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and
presentations.
  • Competition Tracking and market research.
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
