Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies for industrial products
Plan and implement dealer engagement programs, product launches, and promotional initiatives
Conduct competitive market analysis, identify trends, and explore new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong industry networks across Cement, Steel, Power, Paper, TPC, and Excavator sectors
Organize and manage trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, dealer meets, and customer events
Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, product demos, and competitive benchmarking
Track ROI of marketing activities and prepare performance dashboards and reports
Execute digital marketing initiatives (website content, email campaigns, product literature)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align branding and business objectives
Provide marketing and training support to dealers and distributors
Gather customer feedback and conduct market perception studies for product improvement
Work Schedule

Field visits to industrial sites and dealer networks
