About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to support and manage our Backoffice Sales & Marketing team. The role involves customer data management, B2B sales coordination, promotional activities, and digital marketing support, ensuring smooth execution of sales and business development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Coordination: Guide and support the Backoffice Sales & Marketing team, organize meetings, and assist in daily sales reviews.
2. Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, enquiry data, order tracking, payment follow-up, and prepare MIS reports.
3. Sales & Business Development Support:
4. Coordinate B2B sales activities.
5. Manage new PCD business enquiries from initiation to execution.
6. Assist in lead generation and prospect follow-ups.
7. Marketing & Promotions:Generate innovative promotional ideas.Handle online marketing, social media promotions, and e-commerce platforms.Assist in branding and visibility initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
2. Experience: 3-4 years in sales coordination/marketing support/backoffice marketing.
3. Strong Excel & data presentation skills (MIS, dashboards, reports).
4. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media campaigns, and e-commerce tools.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
