We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign management, digital marketing, brand building, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies (digital, ATL, BTL, PR).
Support brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies to execute campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage content creation for social media, websites, and offline marketing collaterals.
Track KPIs and ROI for campaigns using analytics tools; generate performance reports.
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing activities.
Assist in budget planning, vendor coordination, and timely invoice processing.
Maintain marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, etc.).
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
