What You'll Do:
You'll help shape how the world sees and experiences the company - across brand, content, culture and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Content
- Own and shape the content strategy for company
- Manage and grow companies presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and more
- Shape culture through content from moodboards to captions to reels
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters and founders to bring our voice to life
- Own the content calendar and posting, ensuring consistency and quality
- Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Identify, engage and manage partnerships with creators and influencers
- Write briefs, review content and track performance
- Experiment with formats and voices that drive organic love
- Events & Experiences
- Support brand activations, job fairs and community pop-ups
- Coordinate logistics, vendors and on-ground execution
- Create moments that spark conversation and connection
- Brand Touchpoints & Campaigns
- Bring brand ideas to life across all customer-facing platforms - digital and offline
- Assist with seasonal campaigns, PR drops, and partner collaborations
- Ensure all touchpoints feel cohesive, aspirational and on-brand

- 4-7 years of experience in content, brand, social or influencer marketing

- Great writing skills and confidence in communicating ideas
- A doer mindset - you move fast and figure things out
- Curiosity for culture, content and consumer trends
- A work from office mindset - 6 days a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
