We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Assistant Manager - Marketing to lead initiatives across offline marketing, social media, and referral marketing. This role will combine creative campaign execution with strong stakeholder engagement, including building and nurturing relationships with veterinarians and pet clinics to drive referrals and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Referral Marketing:
Visit veterinarians, pet clinics, and related stakeholders to build and nurture relationships that generate referrals.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to increase hospital footfall.
Present hospital services and value propositions to external partners professionally and engagingly.
Track and report referral performance, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
Online & Social Media Marketing:
Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and awareness among pet parents & carers.
Develop content (posts, reels, stories, blogs) that aligns with the brand voice and promotes hospital services.
Analyze digital metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure consistency across online platforms.
Integrated Marketing:
Support offline events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives that complement online strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Prepare regular reports on both sales and online marketing performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
4+ years of experience in marketing with exposure to both
sales/referral activities
and
digital marketing
.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting professional relationships.
Creative approach to content and campaign development.
Proficiency in social media management tools, Canva, Google Analytics, and/or Meta Business Suite.
Ability to balance field visits with online marketing execution.
