Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who can manage traditional marketing activities, digital marketing coordination, branding, events, and loyalty programs for our retail building materials business. The role involves working closely with architects, designers, contractors, and customers while also supporting online marketing and showroom branding.

Key Responsibilities

A. Traditional / Offline Marketing

Conduct regular outreach to architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Visit project sites, designer offices, and contractor locations to promote brand visibility. Distribute catalogue, brochures, product stands, and marketing materials. Coordinate local dealer visits and support retail promotion activities. Plan and execute canopy activations, pamphlet distribution, and local marketing events. Support in newspaper ads, print materials, hoardings, and billboard execution.

B. Events & Exhibitions

Assist in organizing designer meets, workshops, and product demo events. Plan and execute participation in local construction expos and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, invitations, stall setup, branding materials, and event execution.

C. Digital / Online Marketing

Assist in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (reels, posts, product videos). Coordinate with digital agencies for Google Ads, Meta ads, SEO activities, and paid campaigns. Support website updates, Google My Business optimization, and online catalogue /product listing. Help collect customer reviews, testimonials, and project photos for online use.

D. Branding & Sales Support

Coordinate showroom branding, visual merchandising, signage, and product display layouts. Ensure samples, display boards, and marketing tools are updated and branded. Work with the sales team to provide branding materials for projects and dealers.

E. Loyalty Program Management

Support in designing, launching, and managing loyalty programs for: Architects Contractors Interior designers Repeat/loyal customers
Experience : 5 year plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
