We're looking for someone who understands how marketing works across every channel -- online, offline, and mass media. This role needs someone who can plan well, move fast, and execute without waiting for reminders.
What you'll handle
Social media marketing across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn
Coordinating content, tracking performance, and running campaigns
Offline activities like referral marketing, doctor connect programs, and medical camps
Local branding work including print, outdoor ads, BTL activities, and promotions
TV, radio, and other mass-media coordination
Vendor and third-party management (agencies, printers, designers, influencers, event teams)
Supporting monthly marketing plans and taking them to completion
Reporting, budgeting, and ensuring activities match hospital targets
What you need to bring
Strong understanding of 360-degree marketing
Hands-on experience in both digital and offline execution
Confidence to coordinate with multiple partners and manage timelines
Ability to take ownership and implement ideas
Basic design sense is a plus
Experience in healthcare marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory
Qualification
Any basic degree (Marketing or related fields preferred, but not required)
