Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of marketing strategies. Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to foster a strong online presence. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies/vendors for marketing collateral production, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns. Contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns, initiatives, and partnerships to elevate the brand\'s visibility and reach. Assist in content writing for ads, brand collaterals, and more. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality or related industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
