Key Responsibilities
Digital & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
Track and optimise ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, traffic quality, and budgets.
Coordinate daily with performance agencies on campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting.
Support brand launches, sale periods, and seasonal campaigns digitally.
Social Media & Content Management
Manage day-to-day operations of Carter's India social media pages.
Coordinate monthly content calendars with creative and agency teams.
Ensure brand tone remains warm, parent-friendly, and globally aligned.
Monitor engagement, growth, and content performance; derive insights.
Marketplace Marketing
Coordinate marketing activities across Amazon, Myntra, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other partners.
Manage creatives, copy alignment, visibility placements, and launch campaigns.
Track marketplace performance and support key commercial moments.
Offline & On-ground Marketing
Support offline marketing initiatives including:
In-store branding & VM coordination
POSM development (standees, danglers, leaflets, signages)
Store launches, pop-ups, and mall activations
Sampling, gifting, and consumer touchpoints
Coordinate with retail, VM, and ops teams to ensure timely rollout.
Work with vendors on production, printing, dispatch, and installation of offline assets.
PR, Influencers & Partnerships (Support Role)
Assist in execution of PR activities, influencer campaigns, and brand collaborations.
Coordinate logistics for PR kits, influencer seeding, and events.
Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign outputs.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for digital, creative, PR, and offline vendors.
Share briefs, consolidate feedback, and manage timelines and deliverables.
Ensure quality checks and brand consistency across all outputs.
Internal Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Creative, E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, PR, and Finance teams.
Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business priorities and timelines.
Maintain marketing trackers for campaigns, budgets, and deliverables.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering digital, social, marketplace, and offline initiatives.
Track spends, performance, learnings, and next steps.
Maintain SOPs and process documents for marketing execution.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skill Set
5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing (digital + offline).
Experience in D2C, retail, fashion, kids, or FMCG brands preferred.
Strong understanding of digital, performance marketing & social media.
Exposure to offline marketing, retail marketing, or on-ground activations.
Experience managing multiple agencies and vendors.
Strong coordination, planning, and execution skills.
