hands-on, process-driven Marketing Operations Manager

The Role: Marketing Operations Manager

You will be the architect of our marketing execution. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Technology, ensuring our campaigns, marketplace listings, and digital storefronts are running efficiently and effectively to drive conversion and growth.

What You Will Own (Key Responsibilities)

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

Lead the setup, deployment, and management of all digital marketing campaigns (email, in-app, etc.), ensuring flawless execution and adherence to best practices.

Marketplace Optimization:

Drive the performance of our digital temple storefronts. This includes managing the

cataloging process, optimizing product listings (pujas, services)

, and ensuring data accuracy for maximum visibility and conversion.

System Development:

Design, implement, and maintain

scalable systems

(CRM, Marketing Automation) for the growth and marketing teams, focusing on efficiency and data hygiene.

CRO Support:

Apply a basic understanding of

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

principles to test and iterate on landing pages, product listings, and campaign flows to improve core metrics.

Process Documentation:

Establish clear, repeatable processes for marketing execution, reporting, and campaign governance.
What You Must Bring to the Table (Non-Negotiables)

Marketing Operations Expertise:

Proven know-how of

campaign operations and management best practices

in a fast-paced environment.

E-commerce/Marketplace Know-How:

Strong understanding of processes related to

cataloging, product listing, and optimizing a digital storefront

for conversion.

Growth System Setup:

Prior experience in setting up

scalable systems

for growth teams (e.g., integrating HubSpot/Salesforce with marketing automation tools).

CRO Foundation:

Basic understanding of

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

principles and testing methodologies.
