We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with strong expertise in Commodity Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and NPI (New Product Introduction).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end material management processes including planning and inventory control. NPI projects related to material readiness, ensuring timely availability for proto, pilot, and mass production builds. Oversee and guide a team of 5-8 members, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management. Project and program management activities, including scheduling, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery tracking. Coordinate with engineering, operations, SCM, suppliers, and global cross-functional partners to meet project timelines. Serve as the primary customer-facing point, ensuring effective client handling and communication. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and updates to leadership and customers. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance material availability, reduce delays, and improve build readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management / SCM / Material Planning. Strong understanding of NPI processes, especially material-related readiness activities. Excellent in communication, client interaction, and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams (5-8 members). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
