Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Quality (Lucknow)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
NABH

• Lead implementation of NABH standards.

• Drive clinical excellence.

• Establish Regular clinical audit Review.

• Identify opportunities for quality improvement Programmed.

• Project Management for all Quality Initiatives for the Functions / Cross Functions.

Quality Process Management System

• Coordinate identification & documentation of all critical quality processes.

• Maintenance of documented process maps for processes and procedures in the unit.

• Conduct Process / Surveillance Audits.

• Ensure closure of non-conformities.

• Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place.

Medical Quality

• Ensure implementation of NABH standards across the unit.

Training

• Facilitate quality training in the zone.

• Ensure implementation of various Quality training programs.

Communication

• Implement and support the communication plan across the function.

• Lead all Quality and Excellence initiatives at the respective function.

Years of Experience

• Overall, 5-8 years of experience in managing customer service and experience.

Qualifications

• BDS/ BPT/ MBBS / Any Medical Graduate with MHA
