Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Certified Management Accountant to join our Record to Report team. This is a role best suited for a professional with strong foundations in accounting principles and a proven track record of? using financial data to support business decision making. The ideal candidate would have hands on experience with designing and preparation of MIS, as well as, GST compliances.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification: CMA certification is required. Candidates who are part-qualified with significant progress towards the certification may also be considered. Experience: 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP). Proven experience in preparing MIS reports. In-depth knowledge of GST laws, compliance, and return filing. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
