• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for volume hiring
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to ensure timely and quality hires
• Drive initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and career growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in volume hiring and talent acquisition
• Proven track record of successfully leading high-volume recruitment projects
• Strong understanding of diversity recruiting best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
