Responsibilities - * Executing real estate advisory projects including feasibility studies, research reports, and demand-supply analysis.

• Preparing detailed financial models and highest & best use analyses.
• Conducting market surveys, site inspections, and data analysis.
• Managing project execution, report writing, and client communication.
• Supporting business development initiatives through insights and presentations.

Requirements - * Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 3-4 years of experience in real estate advisory, research, or financial analysis.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, data interpretation, and report writing.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Self-driven individual capable of managing multiple assignments efficiently.
