Responsibilities * Reviewing and redlining various commercial contracts

• Ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Collaborating with internal teams to negotiate and finalize contract terms
• Providing legal support and advice to internal stakeholders
• Managing contract databases and documentation

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field

• 3+ years of experience in contract review and redlining
• Strong understanding of legal processes and terminology
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
