About VOIS India
In 2009, VOIS started operating in India and now has established global delivery centres in Pune, Bangalore and Ahmedabad. With more than 14,500 employees, VOIS India supports global markets and group functions of Vodafone, and delivers best-in-class customer experience through multi-functional services in the areas of Information Technology, Networks, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Business Solutions (Robotics & AI), Commercial Operations (Consumer & Business), Intelligent Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Operations and HR Operations and more.
What will you do

• Build new virtual instances of firewalls.
• Work with customers to obtain firewall rules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete customer onboarding.
• Complete firewall provisioning within SLA.
• Proactively monitor firewalls using monitoring tools and address alerts.
• Handle customer-initiated incidents and escalate cases to Level 2 with a triage within SLA.
• Analyze and implement changes raised by customers without causing outages.
• Ensure all changes are implemented within SLA.

Who you are

• Experienced in building and managing virtual instances of firewalls.
• Skilled in working with customers to obtain and implement firewall rules.
• Proficient in collaborating with internal teams to complete onboarding processes.
• Capable of monitoring firewalls and addressing alerts proactively.
• Adept at handling customer-initiated incidents and escalating cases as needed.
• Competent in analyzing and implementing changes raised by customers without causing outages.
• Committed to completing tasks within SLA.
• Must have technical/professional qualifications in Fortigate Firewall and Zscaler Internet Access.
