Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Assistant Manager - Sales

to join our high-performing team at

Purvanchal Skyline Vista

, Sector-94, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling luxury commercial spaces to high-end clients, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with channel partners and investors.

Key Responsibilities



Drive the sales of premium commercial properties and meet or exceed sales targets Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings Develop and manage strong relationships with individual clients and institutional investors Identify and engage with RERA-registered real estate channel partners Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to enhance lead conversions Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activity Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales (mandatory) Proven success in meeting and exceeding high-value sales targets Strong understanding of Noida's commercial real estate market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Existing relationships with UP-RERA registered channel partners (preferred) Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment Proficiency in English (Additional languages will be an asset) Educational Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred, Bachelor's degree acceptable with relevant experience
