Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with company policies.
Prepare and review sales accounting reports and S&M expenses details.
Assist in internal and external audits related to sales revenue and transactions.
Sales Analytics
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track sales performance and forecast future sales.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide analytical support and drive performance improvements.
Dealer Claims
Process and review dealer claims ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain thorough records of all dealer claims and related transactions.
Liaise with dealers to address and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Analyze dealer claim data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
Receivables Monitoring and Controls
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
Monitor credit policy and monthly receivable analysis.
Prepare and analyse aging reports to identify overdue accounts and take necessary actions.
Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales accounting and analytics or similar role. Industry Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field. MBA finance preferred General Requirements
