Experience / Role :
Minimum 2-3 years in Legal / Compliance functions in Stock Exchanges, Brokerage Houses, Finance Companies. Knowledge of regulatory compliance.

Analysis of regulatory circulars, orders.
Formulating SOP on actions by depository on regulatory circulars
Regular updates on regulatory compliances.
