  • Manage credit facility limits across banking systems in line with approvals, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Issue balance confirmations and credit-related reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform UAT for system enhancements and support assigned projects.
  • Oversee credit control monitoring and ensure compliance with RCSA risk and control updates.
Responsibilities:
  • Release and maintain credit facility limits across banking systems, adhering to approvals and instructions.
  • Generate balance confirmations and credit-related letters/reports for stakeholders.
  • Perform UAT on system enhancements for assigned projects, ensuring effective testing.
  • Execute monitoring and control activities within the credit control unit's scope.
  • Ensure risks and controls related to unit activities are identified and updated in RCSA.
  • Collaborate with the documentation unit for aligned release instructions and credit approvals.
  • Maintain bank policies, procedures, and regulations, meeting SLAs for credit limit maintenance.
  • Support team members with credit-related queries and provide guidance.
  • Monitor and control syndication facility-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Prepare and generate credit-related letters/reports for various stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit administration or a similar role, with a strong understanding of banking systems and credit limit management.
  • Proficiency in generating credit-related reports and letters, with experience in UAT preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and report generation.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve credit-related issues.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and regulations.
