Role & responsibilities

Overall Store Management:

Oversee all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and personnel. Ensure the store meets sales targets and profitability goals.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Set performance standards and conduct performance evaluations. Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and order new items as necessary. Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper stock rotation.

Visual Merchandising:

Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store is maintained according to company guidelines. Implement and maintain visual displays that enhance the brand image.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.

Budget Management:

Manage the store budget and control expenses. Monitor and analyze sales and expenses to optimize profitability.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar managerial role in retail. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented approach. Knowledge of retail management best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and point of sale (POS) systems. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
