Experience in designing, developing, and implementing Telematics solutions for Tractors.
Experience in NX- 10, Teamcenter 11, Cap-H/Vesys, Autocad. Additionally, CREO knowledge will be an advantage.
Experience in designing schematics, circuits, and Wiring harness, in consideration with DFA/DFS/DFM.
Basic knowledge on communication like CAN, K-line, UDS, INCA, CANOe & diagnostic system.
Knowledge on Analog, digital signal, CAN signal and its interface requirements.
Knowledge on Automotive connected devices and IoT, data Flow and database management systems as well as Controller Design.
Selection of Connector, terminal, wire cross-sections, and peripheral components.
Collaborate with software Engineers for seamless communication between telematics systems, The Tractor internal systems, server, and user mobile application.
Conduct Rigorous testing of telematics systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Identify Failure mode in new design. Knowledge & Awareness of 7QC tools, DFMEA, DVP, 8D, etc.
Co-ordination for development, testing & assembly of initial batches as per targeted launch plan.
Ensure that the product development cycle is followed to track delivery as per time, cost & quality targets.
Education Qualification
B.Tech/M.Tech in Agricultural/Tractor Electrical & Electronics Design. EV experience will be added advantage.
