2. Closely working with CFT of Factory, Service, Supplier and R&D team for field visits
3. Benchmarking & sharing recommendation for Products design/ process improvements
4. Liaising with service teams for defective part /Product movement to factory/OEMs for RCA.
5. Monitoring warranty failures action taken and verifying the effectiveness in field/data
