Joint investigation at dealership and supplier locations to analyze field failures and ensure resolution.
Systematic problem-solving methodology for field concerns analysis and resolution; monitoring effectiveness of actions taken.
Proficiency in diagnostic tools for analyzing complete driveline systems (engine, clutch, transmission).
Dealer visits for identifying potential failures, benchmarking against other OEM best practices, and driving improvements.
Coordination with External & internal functions (Dealer, Customer Care, PET, SQE, CQA, Manufacturing, MRV) for prompt resolution and timely closure of concerns.
Active involvement in new projects and ensuring deployment of lessons learned.
Preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, cost impact approvals, and field intervention documents for senior management reviews.
Working knowledge of SAP for warranty claims administration, including record-keeping and warranty recovery reporting.
Maintaining DWM for key indicators.
E5Monitoring, data analysis, and efforts to reduce key performance indicators (R/1000, CPU, Aggregate Replacement) for transmission, axle, and driveline systems.
