Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a growing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HRMS KEKA, statutory compliance, and payroll processing for 200+ employees in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 200+ employees on a monthly basis
Must be well-versed with HRMS KEKA, with in-depth knowledge of:
New employee onboarding on the portal
Documentation upload and verification
Salary structure setup and salary runs
Leave, attendance, and LOP adjustments
Payroll reconciliation and reports
Ensure accuracy in salary processing, deductions, reimbursements, and payouts
Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.
Coordinate with finance teams for payroll closures and audits
Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and statutory matters
Maintain payroll MIS, reports, and documentation
Support internal and external audits related to payroll and compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
4-7 years of experience in Payroll & Compensation
Mandatory hands-on experience with HRMS KEKA (end-to-end usage)
Experience managing payroll for minimum 200+ employees
Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliances
Prior experience in logistics / supply chain / e-commerce / warehousing industry preferred
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Education
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or relevant discipline
