Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Pricing Strategy:
Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
Customer Portal Management:
Oversee the functionality and user experience of the customer portal.
Order Processing:
Manage order entries, invoicing, and coordinate with the production team for timely delivery.
ERP System Management:
Release and monitor orders in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy.
Excel Proficiency:
Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining records using advanced formulas.
Email Communication:
Draft professional emails for internal and external communication.
Production Follow-up:
Coordinate with the production department to track order status and ensure deadlines are met.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ERP systems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
