Job Responsibilities:
- Grow the business in the specified region year-on-year by increasing sales and overall profits.
- Responsible for the KPI and annual sales budget for the designated area in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets and negotiate business opportunities for the responsible area.
- Build up and maintain a good business relationship between Omron and (potential) customers in the healthcare industry business.
- Gather and analyse information on customer potential, market share, sales and competitors in the designated area, and develop and share action plans to build new business models.
- Evaluate, improve and implement merchandising and visibility of Omron products in primary Institution/ Corporate/Medical sales channels
- Ensure to maintain and grow the Market share for Omron Healthcare brands in the area responsible.
- Develop ideas to create new opportunities and create business models that can be monetized.
