. The ideal candidate will have in-depth market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and experience in real estate transactions. This role involves managing listings, connecting with buyers and sellers, and ensuring smooth deal closures for resale properties
Responsibilities:
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners looking to resell.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Participating in team meetings.
