A social media manager is responsible for managing and monitoring a company's social media platform and execute social media strategies while also creating and managing video to boost brand awareness and engagement.Responsibilities:- To create and manage all social media ad campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.- Create short, engaging in-house video/reels for social media platforms.- Responsible for increasing social media followers on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and overseeing all company social media accounts management.- Scheduling social media posts to pre-plan for publishing on various platforms.- Monitoring the company's brand on social media.- Examine the facts surrounding social media negative comments to provide positive & professional responses.- Design, create and manage promotions, and Social ad campaigns.- To research and analyse social media trends to improve social media presence, campaign efficacy, and areas for social media improvement.Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of experience in Social media marketing.- Proficiency in using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.- Strong video creation skills.
