Sales & Strategy

: Develop/implement sales strategies, set targets, generate leads, present offers, negotiate terms, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activity.

Team Leadership

: Train, motivate, and guide sales agents; monitor performance; delegate tasks; foster a positive environment.

Client Management

: Build strong client relationships, guide buyers/sellers, address issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Operations

: Coordinate property showings, prepare sales reports/presentations, manage administrative tasks, and collaborate with marketing/operations.

Market Expertise

: Conduct market research, perform property appraisals, and stay updated on real estate dynamics.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, mentor, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents.

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and create forecasts to achieve business goals.

Performance Management:

Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and ensure high service standards.

Market Analysis:

Conduct research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry partners.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.

Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities adhere to real estate laws and ethical standards.
